What is PanaCore™?
PanaCore™ is a high-density core based on mineral raw materials that gives Panastone panels their structural strength. Thanks to its special composition, it ensures both structural stability and long-lasting performance.
It contains approximately 70% natural mineral raw materials. It is manufactured through a controlled high-temperature extrusion process. This structure gives the panel dimensional stability and high resistance to impact, pressure and deformation.

The PanaCore™ core is engineered to maintain its shape under moisture, temperature changes and everyday physical impact. This allows the panels to preserve the integrity of both the surface and the core for many years.
Healthy and safe structure
PanaCore™ contains no formaldehyde or other emissions harmful to health. Thanks to its organic structure, it has natural resistance to termites and similar pests. Natural raw materials increase the product’s reliability and performance.
Suitable for both walls and floors
PanaCore™ is the common core structure across the entire Panastone product range. For wall panels, it is combined with PanaShield™ surface technologies – high aesthetics and long-lasting durability in one solution. In Panastone SPC panels designed for floors, this core is additionally reinforced with a Wear Layer, providing even higher abrasion resistance and full suitability for flooring.
