What is PanaShield™?
PanaShield™ is a surface technology developed by Panastone that improves the surface properties of the panels and helps maintain their aesthetic appearance for many years.
It provides high resistance to scratches, abrasion and everyday wear. It extends the product’s service life and offers two surface types for different design solutions.
SURFACE 01
PanaShield™ Ultra Mat
Manufactured with a double-layer UV lacquer system that increases surface stability and enhances the matte effect.
- Low light reflection, calm visual effect
- Natural texture, premium feel to the touch
- Perfect for wall cladding
- Floor versions are reinforced with a Wear Layer
SURFACE 02
PanaShield™ High Gloss
A specialised UV coating system designed to achieve maximum gloss and surface depth.
- Highly reflective surface
- Rich, deep-colour appearance
- Reverse coating method – glass-clarity effect
- Scratch protection, ideal for decorative walls
About the Wear Layer
Wear Layer is a functional surface reinforcement used only in products designed for floors. It provides the abrasion resistance required for high-traffic areas. Panels designed only for walls do not include this layer.
